Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Terazio will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.

Delivery Time

Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. Delivery time is generally within 7 business days and may be extended depending upon the destination country or any unforeseen delays. Please note that all taxes, duties and VAT are paid and included once the order is placed for countries below (DDP) Delivery duties paid;

  • Kuwait

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Bahrain

  • Qatar

  • UAE

  • Oman

If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics, pandemic or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery Fee

  • All Customers are required to pay the delivery/shipping fee for any orders they place.

  • For international deliveries, there is a paid fixed rate price of 10 KD shipping fee (via DHL or any other preferred courier service) of the items regardless of the weight and duties paid (DDP ) which is charged additional to the customer.

  • For deliveries within Kuwait, we generally use local delivery charged at 3 KD.

  • The delivery fee may change and vary from time to time and will be updated on the Site at the time of checkout.


International deliveries for the below 7 countries may be subject to additional applicable taxes, VAT’s and duties which are are paid and included in the order placed by the customer for countries below (DDP) Delivery duties paid;

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Bahrain

  • Qatar

  • UAE

  • Oman

No additional payments are required to be paid for duties,fees, VAT or taxes when the order is placed and is in shipping process for the customer’s place of residence.


Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product needs to be returned within 14 days with return shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned product we will assess its condition before authorizing a refund or exchange. The product to be returned/exchanges must adhere to our Return Policy.

Local Returns & Exchanges

For Local orders, customers in Kuwait can return or exchange the product under free delivery for a first time request. For any further requests, customers must pay 3KD when returning the product of that order for return & exchange.

International Returns & Exchanges

For international shipping returns or exchange, customers must pay shipping charges applied and the shipping charge price may vary depending upon the destination.

Returns Policy

  • For a returns request to be accepted, products must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • All Footwear and accessories products must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • Please note that when trying on footwear, do take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • In the event an item has a tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Due to the nature of face masks, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

  • All Jewellery items must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and in order to return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Damaged products

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at [email protected] right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a returns and refund request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:

  • Return/Refund request is made after 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Product is used and damaged by the Customer

  • Incomplete product or partial order

  • Fraudulent Return/Refund request


In the event you choose a cancellation, depending on where you live, we may refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to the Vendor(s) you ordered from.
